At FOX, we’re committed to delivering premium performance products backed by outstanding value, service, and customer support. Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to give you confidence when shopping with us, ensuring that you receive the best price available from a trusted and authorized source.
How Our Price Match Guarantee Works
- If you have already placed your order with us and we reduce the price on the item that you recently purchased, you can submit a price match request for your existing order up to 30 days after your purchase and we will refund you the price difference.
- If you find a lower price on an identical product from an Authorized Retailer before placing your order, you can submit a request to match that price. Once verified, our support team will issue you a custom invoice for the product at the lower price.
Black Friday Price Match Window
We’ve extended our price adjustment window. Any order placed on or after October 1st is eligible for a Black Friday sale price adjustment.
Use our official Price Match Guarantee Request Form (found below) to submit your claim.
Please include the following:
• A link to the lower-priced product
• A screenshot showing the product, pricing, and availability.
Once your price match request is submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. During peak times, responses may take slightly longer.
Live links are preferred to validate that the pricing is current. Screenshots from outdated promotions will not be accepted unless accompanied by confirmation from the retailer. If pricing was live when submitted but has changed by the time it's reviewed, our team may request additional verification from the customer (e.g., retailer confirmation or screenshot of correspondence).
- Exact Product Match: The product must be an exact match, the same brand, model, size, color, and specifications, and must be in stock at the competitor’s site and on our website.
- Pricing Currency: The competitor’s price must be in the same currency as your purchase (e.g., USD for American customers; CAD for Canadian customers).
- Retailer Location: The product must be sold and shipped from a retailer within the same country that the price match request is submitted to.
- Product Condition: Only brand new, unused, and unopened products qualify. Price matching is not available for refurbished, pre-owned, open-box items, or B-stock items.
- Authorized Retailers Only: We only honor price matches from Authorized FOX Factory Retailers. Prices from unauthorized retailers or sellers, marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, or unauthorized sources), or auction platforms are not eligible for our Price Match Guarantee.
- Publicly Advertised Prices: The competitor’s price must be clearly advertised and accessible to all customers. Prices hidden behind login pages, cart-only pricing, private promotions, membership program members, loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs, or government exchange store offers do not qualify.
Price matches cannot be combined with:
- Promo codes, coupons, discounts, limited-time promotions, daily specials, or hourly sales
- Bundle or free gift promotions
Other Exclusions:
The following are not eligible for price matching:
- Financing or credit card offers
- Mail-in rebate
- Items in bundles or subscription packages
- Free or bonus items
- Clearance
- Quantity-limited or out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors or misprint
- Loyalty/member-only pricing
- Gift card-related deals
- Voice-only promotions or special access offers
- Total Cost Evaluation: We compare the total cost of the product, including applicable shipping or handling fees, to ensure a fair and accurate price match.
- Post-Purchase Price Adjustments: If the price of a product you purchased from our website drops, just send us your original order number within 30 days, and we’ll refund you the difference.
- Verification: FOX reserves the right to decline any price match guarantee request that cannot be verified, includes incorrect information, or is suspected to be fraudulent or abusive. All price match submissions are subject to final review and approval at our sole discretion.
- One Per Customer: Price match requests are limited to one item per customer per product.
- Policy Updates: FOX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. We may restrict eligibility based on product type, sales period, or retailer qualification. Requests involving bulk orders, dealer pricing, or coupon-based promotions may be excluded.
