Frequently asked questions

Installation is very easy due to not needing to route a cable through the frame. Actuation is also easy due to the ergonomic short-throw, light touch electronic remote lever. And with FOX’s super-fast Neo wireless protocol, you’re able to micro adjust saddle height with great precision.

Transfer Neo wireless houses a battery and controller located on the seat collar which takes up some vertical space (stack height), meaning travel needed to be reduced somewhat to compensate for this while preserving overall length.

Basic collar service is due every 25 hours; full service is due every 200 hours.

The basic 25-hour collar service is easy to perform at home. The full 200-hour service must be performed by FOX or an authorized FOX service partner.
