34 SL is available with either 120 or 130mm of travel. 100 and 110mm air spring kits can be purchased separately, if desired.
The 34 SL replaces the older Step-Cast model with a completely redesigned chassis that increases torsional stiffness by nearly 20%. It also provides up to 130mm of travel (10mm over the maximum of the 34 SC) while keeping a remarkably similar total weight.
The Grip SL damper is ultra-lightweight and tuned for pedal-to-bump XC efficiency, whereas the Grip X option provides extra high- and low-speed compression adjustability for more aggressive riding and increased descending performance.
